Project Summary
This R/C controlled
model speedboat has a dual out-board motor design. All parts were designed and manufactured at Thayer School of Engineering.
Parts were designed using Pro-Engineer. Manufaturing methods included thermoforming, CNC, injection molding and vacuum casting.

This project is a class competition for a CAD class in which
I'm currently enrolled. Size limits were dictated by the capacity of our machines at Thayer School. It is
required that at least one part on your boat is made by each of the processes listed above. The competition consisted
of operating the motorboat in a river without taking on water and circling a buoy, all of which the boat completed successfully.
